Here is a recipe for chicken and spinach egg rolls:

Saute chicken in oil till cooked.Season with salt, pepper Chinese 5 spice, two loves of garlic, minced, two teaspoons of minced fresh ginger, one scallion,1/4 cup chopped onion.Saute all ing. till chicken is done. You should wait till last 5 minutes to add garlic so it doesn`t burn.Meanwhile cook 16 ounces frozen spinach in microwave.Add to mixture.Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.Roll in eggroll wrappers and deep fry in oil that`s 350.Serve while hot. After you fry them to drain them you should place them in a strainer rather than on paper towels, because they stay crispier and drain better that way.Who can give me there best Egg Roll recipe? Ya its simple, take home made bread like paratha, dip in eggs, cook in a non-stick pan with a little oil till cooked on both sides. Remove from oil put on and absorbedent paper to take off excess oil. Take your favourate dish of either beef, pork chicken or seafood, take a spoon full add to the centre of bread, and roll.

To make beef, shreaded beef cooked in onions and tomates with parsley taste nice. Shreaded pork in garlic with lots of fresh lettuce. Chicken shreaded with thousand Island sauce. Seafood by itself with a dash of lemon.
best egg rolls I ever had I made with my Hmong friend in college. If you go to a store that sells the egg roll shells, their is usually a recipe on the side that you follow. We bought all of the ingredients from the store. You'll probably have the easiest time finding things in an international food mart.
