I need a chicken recipe for tonight.?

I'm making supper for my husband tonight and I have thawed out some chicken, but now I can't come up with a recipe. I do NOT have milk or sour cream. Here is what I do have:


chicken stuffing, rice, onion soup mix, onions, diced tomatoes, crushed tomatoes, cream of chicken soup, frozen broccoli, canned veggies, flour, spices, shredded chedder cheese, and oatmeal, black cherry jelly. Any suggestions? I really need help thanks.I need a chicken recipe for tonight.?

3 lbs chicken breasts, cut up


3-6 tbsp salad oil


12 garlic cloves


2 tsp salt


1/2 tsp pepper


4 medium-sized tomatoes, cute into wedges


1 8 oz pkg spaghetti (or rice)


you can use your cream of chicken





In 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat, in hot salad oil, cook chicken and garlic until golden brown on all sides, about 20-25 minutes. When done, salt, pepper, some water and half the tomato wedges; over high heat, heat to boiling. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 15 minutes or until chicken is fork-tender. Skim fat from liquid in skillet (if there is any). Add remaining tomatoes; heat through. While this is simmering, prepare spaghetti (or rice) as label direct. Add cream of chicken soup if you want. Steam the broccoli with cheese over the top or make the canned veggies.





To serve, drain spaghetti; place on large platter. Spoon chicken mixture on top of spaghetti or rice.
Here is a simple one : cook your rice with the onion soup mix , then stuff the rice into the chicken and roast in the oven . When it is almost finished pour the diced tomatoes over top . Next cook the frozen broccoli and melt the cheese over top . Don't forget to season the chicken with some spice on the outside .


If it is not a whole chicken , instead of stuffing : place chicken in a baking dish with frozen broccoli , pour over the diced tomatoes and season with some herbs ( thyme , rosemarry , oregano , basil , etc. ) , then bake . Just before you remove from the oven place cheese on top and melt . Serve the rice as a side for your carbohydrate .
AMISH CHICKEN CASSEROLE


8 oz. broad egg noodles


1/2 cup butter


8 oz. fresh mushrooms, slice


1/3 cup flour


2 cups chicken broth


1 cup milk


salt and pepper, to taste


1/3 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese


2 cups cooked chicken, cut in cubes


generous pinch of rubbed sage


Cook noodles as directed on package. Melt butter and cook mushrooms in a large skillet until lightly browned. Stir in flour and blend in with a fork or slotted spoon. Stir in milk and broth and seasonings; whisk sauce constantly until thickened.


Combine sauce, noodles and chicken. Adjust seasonings to taste. Place in a 2 quart casserole dish. Sprinkle top with Parmesan cheese and bake at 350掳F for 30 minutes.
Baked or grilled chicken on a bed of rice, with shredded cheese on top of that. Bake again just long enough to melt the rice, or maybe brown it just a bit. Works especially well with boneless skinless chicken breasts. Top with chopped tomatoes or chopped up green onion just before serving, and serve with broccoli on the side.

Ingredients:





1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil


2 cups shredded store-bought rotisserie chicken


1 cup frozen baby peas


1/2 cup chicken broth


2 cloves garlic, finely chopped


Pinch cayenne pepper


12 ounces wagon wheels or other short pasta


1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese, plus more for sprinkling


1 tablespoon butter


Salt





Directions:





1.In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the chicken to the skillet and heat through. Stir in the peas, broth, garlic and cayenne and simmer until the broth has reduced slightly, about 2 minutes. Keep warm over low heat.





2.Meanwhile, in a large pot of boiling, salted water, cook the pasta for 5 minutes. Drain and add to the chicken. Stir in the 1/2 cup cheese and butter and simmer over medium heat, stirring frequently, until the pasta is al dente, about 3 minutes. Season with salt, if necessary, and serve with additional Parmesan.

Ingredients:





3 cups water


6 cupschicken bouillon cubes


1 tablespoon butter or margarine


1 cup rice -- uncooked


1 Small onion -- chopped


1/2 Green Pepper -- chopped


1/2 cup celery -- chopped


8 Pieces Chicken





Directions:





Bring water to boil in Dutch oven and then add bouillon cubes. Mix the other ingredients, except chicken, with bouillon and water. Season the chicken with seasoning salt and lay pieces on top of the rice mixture. Cook 1 1/2 hours at 400F degrees.
