Chicken Recipe Using Lemon Pudding?

I know this sounds a bit strange, but while searching for something on the internet, I found a baked chicken recipe that used lemon pudding (just plain, old instant pudding mix). I can't remember if the pudding was just in the sauce or if you baked it with the chicken. I saved the recipe but then switched to a different browser and lost all of my bookmarks. If the person who requested a ';how to'; boil chicken in milk sees this, perhaps they'll remember the link I provided. I know it had something to do with that. Also, if you've ever heard of anything remotely close to my description, please advise. No regular lemon chicken recipes, please, unless you have a magic recipe that is real lemonny but still a little sweet. Thanks.Chicken Recipe Using Lemon Pudding?
Ingredients

1/8 cup corn flour

1 (3.4 ounce) package instant lemon pudding mix

water as needed

1 teaspoon white sugar

2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds

3 tablespoons white sugar

1 teaspoon sesame oil

1 egg, beaten

salt and pepper to taste

1/2 cup water

1/2 lemon, juiced

3 skinless, boneless chicken thighs

3 tablespoons oyster sauce

To Marinate: Place chicken in a nonporous glass dish or bowl. In a small bowl mix together oyster sauce, sesame oil, sugar, egg, salt and pepper; pour mixture over chicken, cover dish and marinate for at least 1 hour.

Dip marinated chicken in cornflour and sautee in a large skillet until cooked through (juices run clear) and color is a nice, golden brown.

To Make Sauce: Bring 1/2 cup water to boil in a small saucepan; dissolve sugar in boiling water, then add lemon juice and thicken liquid with pudding mix.

Cut chicken into bite size pieces and pour sauce over all; sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds and serve.
