I want a recipe that involves chicken and is NOT SPICY?

no mushrooms eitherI want a recipe that involves chicken and is NOT SPICY?
4 chicken breasts (healthier) or 3 thighs %26amp; 3 legs


1 large link of polska kielbasa sausage


1 can black beans


1 can corn or bag frozen-fresh is better


1 bag or can green beans-fresh is better


1 large onion, diced


3 or 4 carrots, or 1/2 bag baby carrots cut up


4 potatoes


1 can diced tomatoes


6 cloves of garlic, sliced


1 teaspoon parsley


salt to season


old bay seasoning to taste


italian seasoning to taste


(or whatever spices you like)


cut sausage in chunks and fry,


boil chicken and dice


Mix it all up and cook over low-medium heat for about 1 hour. You'll need a big pot for this. Enjoy, it's yummyI want a recipe that involves chicken and is NOT SPICY?

Three Cheese Chicken Bake





8 oz. lasagna noodles, cooked and drained





1/2 C. chopped onions





1/2 C. chopped green pepper





3 T. butter





1 t. basil





16 oz. cottage cheese





1 can cream of chicken soup





6 oz. can sliced mushrooms, drained





1/2 C. milk





3 C. cooked, diced, chicken





2 C. shredded American cheese





1/2 C. grated Parmesan cheese





Saute onion and green pepper in butter until tender. Stir in soup, mushrooms, milk and basil. Heat through.





Arrange half the lasagna in 9 x 13 pan. Top with 1/2 each sauce, cottage, American and Parmesan cheeses. Repeat with noodles, sauce, cottage cheese and chicken.





Bake at 350潞F. for 60 minutes





Top with remaining American and Parmesan cheese and bake for 3 minutes longer or until cheese on top melts.





Let stand 15 minutes before serving.











Parmesan Crusted Chicken





1 C. plain bread crumbs





2 T. flour





1/4 C. parmesan cheese





1 C. milk





8 - 10 chicken tenders





2 C. dry bowtie pasta





2 T. butter





3 T. olive oil





2 t. garlic crushed





1/2 C. white table wine





1/4 C. water





2 T. flour





3/4 C. half and half





1/4 C. sour cream





1/2 t. salt





1/8 t. basil leaves





3/4 C. asiago cheese





Garnish:





8 broccoli florets and 4 mushrooms that have been lightly steamed.





1/4 t. crushed red pepper flakes





Prepare pasta according to package directions. Cook to ala dente and drain the pasta.





Wash and drain (dry) chicken strips. Mix bread crumbs, flour, parmesan cheese together. Place milk in a small bowl for dipping. dip chicken first in the bread crumbs, then the milk and back in the bread crumbs.





Add the oil to a skillet and heat to medium. Add the chicken strips and fry to golden brown. Remove from pan and drain chicken.





In a sauce pan melt butter and add olive oil. Whisk in flour and stir until blended. Add garlic and stir in wine. Immediately add half and half, water and sour cream. When mixture is smooth and blended add the asiago cheese. Stir in the basil and remove from heat.





To serve: Place 2 cups pasta in individual dishes. Spoon 1/2 to 3/4 cup sauce over pasta. Add broccoli and mushrooms. Place parmesan chicken on pasta and sprinkle with the red pepper.

Take a piece of chicken throw it on the grill, splash it with bbq sauce grill and eat ummm umm good!!
Batter (flour, salt %26amp; pepper) %26amp; Fry your chicken till completely cooked and golden (remove extra grease), then take a can of Cream of Chicken soup (since you don't want mushrooms) add to the skillet and simmer till hot %26amp; bubbly. Serve over buttered noodles and your green side dishes.
you could bake chicken and rice in the oven or fry chicken with mustard sauce,or make it soup,or bake it with pot ates and few garlic in the oven and there is another one you could make it with to mate sauce and few onions
buy chicken breasts, and marinade them with lemon pepper marinades, from your local grocery store. bake it, like the directions say...then make some rice and mashed potatoes! yummy,and enjoy!!!!
