Desperately need a chicken recipe that doesn't need marinating.?

So I already asked a question like this ( http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index;鈥?/a> ) and I still need a recipe. I am willing to go to the store for the extra ingredients that I don't have for the recipes you give me but I don't have much longer. Not too many ingredients tho please we prefer simple, I have been searching and searching on the internet and haven't found anything. Also what would you eat as a side? I'm thinking the chicken from my first question with some parmesan mashed potatoes and green beans and a side salad. My second choice as of right now would probably be a shake n bake chicken. Please help, thanks.Desperately need a chicken recipe that doesn't need marinating.?
Here are a few E-Z recipes you might want to try.

Good Luck %26amp; enjoy.

Can be fixed in crock pot.

My favorite versions of this recipe are ....wings %26amp; ribs....umm umm goood!

COLA CHICKEN

(And more variations of recipe)

4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts

1 cup catsup

1 12oz. can cola (pepsi, coke, etc.)

Put chicken in a non-stick pan.

Mix together catsup and cola, pour over chicken.

Bring to a boil. Cover, reduce heat and cook 45 minutes.

(turning chicken a few times, while cooking...to prevent from sticking to pan)

Uncover, turn up the heat and continue to cook until the sauce

becomes thick and adheres to the chicken.

It turns into the most incredible BBQ sauce. Yummmm!

You can double the recipe and use more pieces of

chicken....wings...would be ideal...add some hot sauce....presto ';Hot Wings';!

I have used Ribs, just as good.

I tried this recipe with 'meatballs'....was equally

as good...served over rice.

I found another variation.....omit the catsup and add a small jar of Salsa (any variety).

I have tried using Salsa (omitting the catsup....not).

You'd think a recipe with only '3' ingredients couldn't be messed up....wouldn't you??

Well...while I was preparing to fix the 'Cola Chicken' recipe

using Salsa.....I was also trying to carry on a conversation with my

husband...(just proves...I can't do two things at once)....mixed Salsa %26amp; Catsup (before I realized I was supposed to leave out the catsup) %26amp; Cola........still turned out really tasty (to me)...might be a little sweeter than some of you like.

I fixed chicken wings, (using the above recipe)

but...I added the spices from a MILD (I don't care for ';HOT';) Buffalo Wings packet...(the kind you get to bake in the oven).....I thought it was really good.....(but you/I can't find a 'bad' way to fix chicken).

Finally....!! I fixed the 'SALSA' chicken......that's good , too.

Another (bright)idea.....I thought of trying......replace the

catsup with a bottle of Shrimp Cocktail Sauce...and add a bag of (pop corn) shrimp.....!

Fixed the shrimp with cocktail sauce......eh...wasn't all that

great...was OK...probably won't be fixing it again.

Also tried beef stew cuts......that was pretty good.....I can see

myself making this again.

Served both over rice.....think the stew cuts would have been just as

good over noodles.

Try little cocktail wieners/sausages鈥or appetizers.

Mushroom Chicken

4 chicken breast

1 can cream of mushroom soup

water

Mix a can of cream of mushroom soup with can of water.

Place chicken in crock pot.

Pour soup over chicken and cook on medium ....4-5 hours....or until desired doneness.

This is good and EASY and doesn't make a big mess!

Garlic Chicken

INGREDIENTS

* 2 teaspoons crushed garlic

* 1/4 cup olive oil

* 1/4 cup dry bread crumbs

* 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

* 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves

DIRECTIONS

1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).

2. Warm the garlic and olive oil to blend the flavors. In a separate dish, combine the bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese. Dip the chicken breasts in the olive oil and garlic mixture, then into the bread crumb mixture. Place in a shallow baking dish.

3. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 to 35 minutes, until no longer pink and juices run clear.
How about a rub instead? The chicken only needs to sit for 5 minutes or so while the grill heats up. If you're not using a grill, you could bake the chicken instead.
chicken breast boneless skinless

2-3 eggs beaten

french fried onions crushed

dip chicken in egg, then roll in fried onions

put on baking sheet with tin foil

bake 400 for 20-30 mins.......
I never marinate.
CHERRY GLAZED CHICKEN BREASTS:

1 can cherry pie filling

4-6 boneless chicken breasts

Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Place the chicken breasts in a glass baking pan that has been sprayed with a non-stick cooking spray like Pam. Spoon just enough of the cherry pie filling over the chicken to cover lightly. Place pan into oven and cook for 1 hour and 15 minutes spreading more of the pie filling over the chicken every 15 minutes.

This is very easy and you get a nice moist chicken breast. This also works well for Cornish game hens and pork chops.

Serve with a rice pilaf, white rice, mashed potatoes or roasted potatoes and a steamed veggie like whole green beans, baby carrots, broccoli or corn.

SAC
This is my favorite chicken recipe that everyone loves!

I take chicken breasts cut thin. And I dip them in flour, egg mixture( in the eggs put a little milk and salt and parmesan cheese- mix) And then dip in bread crumbs. Put oil in baking dish and then put chicken in baking dish. Oven at 375 and cook chicken till golden brown and cooked. While chicken is cooking in oven- take frozen peas and cook on stovetop with onions and bacon and mushrooms(optional) Fry onions and mushrooms together and then add peas, Add any seasonings you like(oregano, salt, pepper, garlic, etc) When done cooking, and after chicken is cooked- ADD PEAS on top of chicken and put MOZZARELLA CHEESE on top! YUMMY!!!!

YOU GOT YOUR CHICKEN AND VEGETABLE IN ONE DISH. You can make a salad to go with it.
Try a little south american flavor 4-6 boneless chicken breast or more depending on size of family. step.1 boil the chicken 15 to 20 minutes or till white inside and out. step.2 while chicken is boiling you will need a blender there you need handful of cilantro and beer of choice one 12 ounce bottle ( i prefer bud light ) pour the beer in the blender and add cilantro dont be greedy with cilantro then you blend. step.3 cut about 4 large potatoes into 1 inch squares. step.4 when chicken is done or all white you are going to want to shred the chicken ( easy way is to use two forks and pull chicken apart. ) step.5 lightly oil a good size pan then add chicken then potatoes and 1 pack of frozen green peas then add the blended mixture of cilantro and beer and add 2 to 3 cups of the boiled chicken water then cover then cook for about 20 to 30 minutes or till potatoes are soft one last thing salt to flavor and eat over steamed white rice my family loves to eat it with that red chinese hot sause. time to prepare and cook about 1 hour
