Recipe using chicken and red potatoes?

Do you have any that don't include cheese, milk or other products of cow's milk? (Breastfeeding my baby who is allergic to CMP) Or maybe you could suggest something that may include those ingredients and I could alter it slightly? I would appreciate any answers. ONE-PAN POTATOES AND CHICKEN





2 tablespoons vegetable oil


8 medium red potatoes, thinly sliced


1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast halves, cut into thin strips


1 medium red bell pepper, seeded and cut into thin strips


1 teaspoon salt





Heat oil in 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium heat.





Add potatoes, chicken and bell peppers. Sprinkle with 1 teaspoon salt.





Cook 15 to 20 minutes, stirring frequently, until chicken is no longer pink in center and potatoes are tender.





Makes 4 servings





Easy Barbeque Chicken and Red Potatoes


INGREDIENTS


4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves


1 Vidalia onion, sliced


1 pound sliced fresh mushrooms


8 red potatoes, sliced 1/2 inch thick


1 (18 ounce) bottle barbeque sauce


DIRECTIONS


Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).


Place chicken breasts, onion, mushrooms and potatoes in a lightly greased 9x13 inch baking dish and cover all with sauce.


Cover dish and bake for 1 hour.Recipe using chicken and red potatoes?
For the potatoes, you can poke holes in them and cook them in olive oil, on the stove cover the pan up, a type of roasting , add herbs, for taste, the chicken you can just season and fry in olive oil. Have a veggy for the side.
Put your chicken in a cooking bag and surround it with potatoes and onions and carrots.





Prepare one package of McCormick's Herb %26amp; Garlic Pasta Sauce Blend...pour over chicken and close the bag loosely Bake at 350 for an hour. Careful when opening yoyur bag. We don't want a burn.





*** You could substiture a pkg chicken gravy mix instead
Cook red potatoes just like you would cook normal potatoes,
We often make chicken, potatoes, squash, carrots, onion, celery and seasonings. Wrap all ingredients in a loosely aluminum foil and set on cookie sheet. Bake for about an hour and 10 minutes at 350 o F.
