Way good!!!
Marinate in hot sauce, I use a combination of cheap regular hot sauce, tabasco, and habenero (or wing sauce)sprinkle with cajun seasoning and red pepper grill, when turning over same seasonings on that side brown the seasoning serve.
1cup hot sauce
1/2cup honey
3tablespoons brown sugar
If you like hot sauce, place chicken in a large Ziploc bag and add hot sauce and any dry spices that you like. For example: garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, black pepper, etc. Anything that you like and let it marinade in the bag for as long as you can. Tried this with bone-in wings that I was going to bake, but I'm sure it would work just as well on the grill.
