Help Me Find a Creamy Cheddar/Chicken Recipe?

Right now, I'm hungry - very hungry. I want something light-ish or at least with not too abrasive a flavor (like pork or spaghetti). Right now, I'm shooting for something creamy and cheesy (kinda like Campbell's Cheesy Chicken Noodle Supper Bake). I made a pot pie the other day that was pretty good, but we don't have any cream-of-anything soup in the house.

Here's (some of) what we do have:

chicken

ham

mild cheddar

2% milk

flour

spaghetti noodles

macaroni

vegetables

margarine

shortening

eggs

bouillon cubes

chicken gravy mix

ketchup

mustard

BBQ sauce

soy sauce

Rice Roni

potatoes

Saltines

Shake N Bake

seasoning salt

chicken seasoning

minced onion

oregano

paprika

garlic

MSG

and some other stuff...

So... what kind of creamy cheesy chicken dish can I pull of with this? And how? Your recipes would be greatly appreciated.Help Me Find a Creamy Cheddar/Chicken Recipe?
Have you been looking in my pantry??? Sounds exactly like what I have in mine. LOL.

Ok, I would take the chicken, cook it the way you like it cooked, cut into bite size pieces set aside. Cook your macaroni according to package directions. While the pasta is cooking, in a large sauce pot, melt 2 tablespoons margarine, add 2 tablespoons of flour. Cook this stirring until the flour is fully mixed into the margerine, about 3 minutes. Dissolve 1 bullion cube in 1 cup of water, add to flour mixture with a wisk, add 2 cups milk, wisking until mixture comes to a boil (med-hi) It will thicken as it comes to a boil, if it is too thick, just add a little water to thin it out a little, but you want it to be thick like a gravy almost. When it has thickened to the consistency you like, turn down the heat, and add in 2 cups of grated cheese, use a spoon to stir the cheese until it is melted and creamy.

Put cooked pasta and chicken into a large casserole dish, and add any frozen veg you may have or like. Pour the cheese sauce over the pasta and chicken and mix well. You can top this with crackers, bread crumbs, or potato chips.

Pop into the oven at 350 and heat through until the frozen vegetables are cooked, of course if you use canned veg., just heat until it gets all bubbly, and the topping is browned.

Sorry, this is not an exact recipe, I just make them up, and they turn out great. Hope you try this and enjoy.%26gt;%26gt;%26gt;%26gt;Help Me Find a Creamy Cheddar/Chicken Recipe?
