tommorrow with one other person, are making a meal for a class of 11, on our commercial cooking class, we're doing this recipe. I'd like some tips and such on how to do it. Such as know when its ready, just pretty much step by step how to make it right. And like temperature wise, and when to flip them, just stuff like that.
