Looking for a BBQ lemon chicken recipe... any out there?

there is a specific recipe I am looking for. it is made in zip lock bags. it uses bone-in chicken, lemons cut into 4 parts, garlic, Cayenne pepper salt etc. you mix everything in a zip lock bag and let it marinate for 24 hours them bbq. I have always found the recipe online but I am unable to find it now. does anyone other there have this or something like it? I already promised lemon chicken for a BBQ on sunday.Looking for a BBQ lemon chicken recipe... any out there?
Very simple and very tasty. Never any leftovers.





SERVES 4 -6 (change servings and units)


Change to: Servings US Metric Close





Ingredients





* 8 chicken thighs (skin removed or cut of your choice)





Marinade Ingredients





* 2 large lemons, juice of


* 1/2 lemon, rind of, of (use veggie peeler on one from above)


* 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary leaf


* 1 teaspoon crushed garlic


* 1/2 teaspoon salt


* 1/4 teaspoon pepper


* 1 tablespoon olive oil





BBQ Ingredients





* 2 large lemons (cut in halves)





Directions





1. Special Equipment: I use a mortar%26amp; pestle, however a heavy bowl and the end of a rolling pin does the trick too.


2. Mix marinade ingredients using motar %26amp; pestle and give a bit of a thump or 3 to bruise rosemary%26amp; lemon rind.


3. Place chicken and marinade in a ziplock bag (removing any airpockets) massage and refridgerate overnight.


4. Pre-heat BBQ to Medium to Medium-High.


5. BBQ chicken for approximately 25 minutes (or until done)- turning regularly.


6. Squeeze a lemon half over chicken with each turn.


7. Serve with salad.
