Start by putting the water for the spaghetti noodles on to boil. You many also put the chicken on to boil, be sure to remove all skin and fat from chicken. Water may be seasoned with salt, pepper, and garlic powder to add flavor. While waiting for the water to boil chop up desired amount of bell pepper, onion, mushrooms, and if you like you can throw in whatever other vegtables you like in spaghetti. Add a splash of olive oil in a frying pan. chop bell pepper disposing of all white membrane and seeds and put bell pepper in pan over medium heat. Season to taste with garlic powder, you may also add a minced clove or two (or 3 if you like garlic a lot), but this is optional. Cook bell pepper for two or three minutes. While cooking chop up desired amount of onion and you can also season this with the garlic, salt, and pepper before adding to pan, Last add the mushrooms (sliced and seasoned). When vegetables are tender-crisp turn off flame. When chicken is well done remove from bone (or I prefer to use skinless, chicken breasts) and slice or chop into desired bite size pieces. add to veggies and stir, You can use your favorite jar sauce. I like to doctor it up with a tbls. or two of extra virgin olive oil and a little splash of burgandy wine but this is optional. You may also add some fresh peeled and seasoned tomatoes to your pan, and I also sometimes like to add a small can of sliced black olives. After adding the cooked chicken to the vegetables you may add the chicken and veggies to the sauce. If you prefer you can let it simmer for about 5 minutes for the chicken to obsorb flavor from the sauce. Once noodles are done to desired tenderness, drain well and add to the sauce. Enjoy!

PS. The sauce can be warming over a very low heat while you are cooking all other ingrediants so that by the time you add the chicken and vegetables it is ready to eat. Enjoy!
Add a tablespoon of olive oil to a pan, add some chopped onion and garlic, cook on low heat for several mins, add some chicken breast pieces and some panchetta ( italian bacon ), fry for ten mins then add 2 tablespoons of tomato puree and stir, then add 300ml of cheese sauce and stir, cook for 2 mins longer and serve. Mixing cheese sauce with tomato sauce gives a lovely taste and colour to the sauce. In Italy this is called Romana Sauce. You can omit the tomato and just use cheese of course.
