Need a recipe called African Cow Mein that's made with chicken instead of beef.?

Just substitute the ground chicken for the beef in African Chow Mein.





This is the only recipe that my Mom made for me as a child that made me violently ill. Thanks for bringing back that memory! I would never make this slop. My Mom is an excellent cook, but this was a BAD recipe!!!!Need a recipe called African Cow Mein that's made with chicken instead of beef.?
